CANCELLATIONS

We here at Day One value the importance of time between both client and barber. It is our responsibility to notify you in advance if any emergencies arise, and we hope that our clients will do the same.

OUR LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you’re running late, please call the shop and voice “speak to the barber” once you start hearing the operator prompt. This will forward the call directly to the staff
  • We offer a 10-minute grace period. We might still be able to squeeze you in on a case-by-case basis.
  • Once booking an appointment, you have 2 hours prior to cancellation. Anything less than 2 hours will result in
    1. Forfeiture of prepayment for the base haircut. (Will refund the tip.)
      Or
    2. Mandatory prepayment before booking the next appointment.

IN RETURN

If anything on our end arises, we will offer a discount on the cut if we’re running behind (15 minutes behind or more) or a complimentary haircut if we do not make it to our designated appointment without sufficient notice. We thank you for your support and look forward to your haircut session with us.
